MamaB's Doula Services
Supporting you through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with compassionate, evidence-based care.
Hi, I'm Rebecca!
I'm a wife, mom of three, and the owner of MamaB's Doula Services. My own birth experiences inspired me to become a doula after realizing how important education, support, and informed choices are throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. My passion is helping families feel confident, empowered, and cared for as they navigate one of life's biggest transitions.
Whether you're planning your first birth or adding another little one to your family, I'm here to provide compassionate, evidence-based support every step of the way. My goal is to ensure you feel heard, respected, and never alone as you welcome your baby into the world.

At MamaB's Doula Services, I provide compassionate, personalized support throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. My goal is to help you feel informed, confident, and supported as you prepare to welcome your baby.
Services include prenatal visits to discuss your birth preferences, answer questions, and prepare for labor; continuous emotional and physical support during labor and birth; and postpartum visits to help you adjust after your baby's arrival. You'll also have access to ongoing text and phone support throughout your journey, so you never have to navigate questions or concerns alone.
Every family and every birth is unique. Whether you're planning an unmedicated birth, using pain medication, being induced, having a scheduled cesarean, or simply looking for extra guidance and encouragement, I'm here to support your goals with evidence-based information and compassionate care every step of the way.

Why Hire a Doula?
Bringing a baby into the world is one of life's most exciting and transformative experiences but it can also bring uncertainty, questions, and unexpected twists. No matter what kind of birth you're planning, you deserve to feel informed, supported, and confident throughout your journey.
A doula is a trained professional who provides continuous emotional, physical, and evidence-based informational support during pregnancy, labor, birth, and the postpartum period. Unlike your medical team, whose primary focus is your and your baby's health, a doula's focus is you, your comfort, your questions, your preferences, and your overall birth experience.
As your doula, I can help you:
-
Prepare for labor and birth with personalized prenatal education.
-
Explore your options and make informed decisions with confidence.
-
Practice comfort measures, breathing techniques, labor positions, and relaxation strategies.
-
Provide continuous encouragement and reassurance throughout labor.
-
Support your partner so they feel confident and involved.
-
Help create a calm, positive birth environment.
-
Offer guidance and encouragement during your postpartum recovery and transition into parenthood.
Research has shown that continuous labor support from a doula is associated with positive outcomes, including:
-
Increased satisfaction with the birth experience
-
Lower likelihood of cesarean birth
-
Reduced use of certain pain medications
-
Shorter labors on average
-
Greater confidence during childbirth
Whether you're planning an unmedicated birth, an epidural, an induction, a scheduled cesarean, or you're still deciding what feels right for you, my role is never to make decisions for you. My role is to ensure you feel heard, respected, informed, and supported every step of the way.
Because birth isn't about having a "perfect" experience, it's about having the support and confidence to navigate whatever your journey brings.
Every family deserves to feel informed, empowered, and supported because every birth story matters.
