I’m Rebecca (Mallon)Young and I am a Doula associated with Birthing From Within. I am located in Moose Lake, MN and can travel to you. I have two kids and my birthing and postpartum experiences are the inspiration for me to become a Doula. I am here to help out more mothers and their partners before, during, and after their transition into parenthood.

What I offer:
I am a Doula that received my training from Birthing from Within. I am working on being specifically certified through the state of MN so that expecting parents are able to take advantage of having their insurance reimburse them for this extra support. I offer many different services, if you do not see an option to purchase/book what you are looking for but need help, please reach out. I offer prenatal care in many different ways; connecting with you to find the best coping skills for you during your labor and delivery, going through your vision and dreams of your labor and birth, coming up with a birth plan, keeping you informed about your entire experience, and being another person to talk to. I offer labor and birth support in many different ways by offering; counterpressure, breathing techniques, support for your partner/support person, advocacy for you and your vision and health, an extra set of eyes and ears for you, and many other options. I also offer postpartum support in many different ways including doing day or night shifts to help with caring for your baby, helping you catch up on chores, helping with the transition for you and your other children, adult interaction, giving you extra love and care, preparing meals, checking on your healing journey, cleaning, feeding and caring for baby, giving you a break and time to shower, and everything in between.
